With crimes comes the Law and Order. Is it enough to put a natural law on the using of drugs or alcohol? If it was enough then the sufferings wou ld not be increasing on such large scale. Measures should be taken by the law beyond the drugs and welfare of addicts. There should be law that should involve the effected family members and other social destructions caused due to addiction.
